Special creations by the 'Fédération des Patrons Pâtissiers-Confiseurs et Glaciers'

The famous 'Bâmkuch' (spit-roasted cake). Most of the primary ingredients are local produce.

Truffles are a type of confectionary made essentially from fresh butter and pure chocolate and form one of Luxembourg’s greatest confectionary specialities (Luxembourg Riesling truffle).

From the first days of Summer, you can buy the delicious 'délices du glacier' refreshments from all members of the 'Fédération des Patrons Pâtissiers-Confiseurs et Glaciers'.

Master confectioner Devas of no. 31 Grand Rue de Rumelange came up with the idea of producing quality pralines in the shape of 'iron ore stones' which form part of the range of tourist chocolates on offer.

Using quality Luxembourg produce (milk and butter amongst others) and fruits of the season (apples, pairs), Luxembourg confectioners have developed a new 'made in Luxembourg' creation, the 'Hierschttaart'.
