Postage of the mail only with Luxemburg post-stamps. (The price of the stamps can be found in the telephone book).
Fax
A telex and telefax booth is open to the public at
the post-office Luxembourg downtown, 25 rue Aldringen, from Monday to
Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.. A Bureaufax service is offered at the
main post-offices of the country.

Phone Cards
The “FULL CONTACT CARD” from P&TLuxembourg offers you a FULL SERVICE throughout the Grand Duchy, enabling you to use any land-line, public or mobile telephone, for both local and international calls.
On sale for € 5 or € 10, the FULL CONTACT CARD enables you to call at attractive rates 24 hours a day. This way you avoid the surcharges applied by certain hotels and other public or private places for using their telephones. What’s more, you benefit from regular special offers on rates.
The FULL CONTACT CARD is not a smart card but a scratch car with a code on the back. To call, simply dial the access number 8002 8003 and then enter your code followed by # and finally the number of the person you are calling followed by #. The cost of your call will be deducted from your card automatically.
The FULL CONTACT CARD is available from post offices, Points Telecom, Teleboutiques P&T, MPK shops and most bookshops and service stations.
