To ensure secure payment, the Luxembourg National Tourist Office has chosen to use the pay@cetrel service, a simple and safe solution for the user.
This system increases security as the details of the transaction (such as your card number) are not transmitted through the www.ont.lu site.
The customer makes a purchase from the online shop and pays for the items through the CETREL secure payment system. The payment will be listed on the customer's Visa/Mastercard statement.
In the field of electronic commerce, CETREL uses the most up-to-date technology to guarantee that your online payments are as secure as electronic payments made in a shop.
When you make a purchase from our website, CETREL will capture the details of the transaction. The total cost of the purchase will be deducted from your available VISA or MASTERCARD funds but will not be debited from your account.
Your bank account will be debited as soon as your purchase is collected from our depot in Munsbach. Please note that your purchase must be collected within four working days of the order confirmation being received.
If you opted to have the goods delivered, payment will be processed once the order confirmation has been received.
