Welcome to the Luxembourg National Tourist Office's online shop!
The shop is organised into departments which are listed in the beige column. To move between departments, click on the relevant heading.
When you wish to purchase a product, click on the 'add to cart' button located under the price. The contents of your cart will be automatically updated. By clicking on the 'add to cart' button a second time, your cart will still show the same number of products but the quantity of the product on which you have clicked twice will increase.
Once you have finished choosing your products, click on 'your cart'. At this stage, you can alter the quantity of the products selected or delete a product altogether, whatever the quantity you previously entered.
By clicking on 'proceed to checkout' you enter the first stage of placing an order. You will be asked to enter a billing address and, if necessary, a shipping address, if you do not wish the products to be delivered to the billing address. In this case, please ensure that you tick the 'shipping address is different' box.
The next stage will list the contents of your cart and the total cost, including shipping charges. The billing address and, if different, the shipping address are also given.
The third and final stage is the purchase stage: using the Cetrel secure payment system, you will be asked to enter your bank details, which will be processed securely and with complete confidentiality (for more information, please click on the 'secured payment' thumbnail).
Please note that you can fill your cart and continue to browse the www.ont.lu website before placing your order: the contents of the cart will be saved so long as you do not leave the site altogether. You can also decide to empty your cart at any point by clicking on the 'empty cart' button when viewing the contents of your cart.
